Our experience and expertise makes us ideally suited to the support of import & export operations for small to medium sized companies.

Based on the boundary of Heathrow and with close business partners at Manchester and Birmingham airports we can readily troubleshoot cargo issues such as lost paperwork, customs queries and delays. We have similar arrangements at most major seaports including Felixstowe, Southampton, Thame Port, Tilbury and Liverpool.

Much of our work is the import of shipments from our primary markets, Dubai, India, China and Australia although other import origins we frequently undertake include Kuwait, Brasil, Pakistan, Afghanistan and much of the Far East.

World Cargo Solutions Ltd can undertake full door to door sea & air import operations as well as a full range of Incoterm solutions. Much of our work involves traditional forwarding from airport to door. Our services cover full customs formalities as well as handling bonded warehousing requirements including ERTS.

Export services cater for all relevant requirements including packing, documentation, letters of credit and insurance.

We can also advise on business requirements for import and export in general for customers new to the process. We have developed considerable experience over the years with regards to best practice through association with many clients involved in similar activities and as such are familiar with many issues common to importers/exporters outside the field of shipping.
